Press Release dated 11-16-2007

Great News for Parents & Grandparents of kids ages 2-8

Bird Mommy’s Readalong Storybook” is a fun and educational DVD that has added a new, innovative twist: you can either purchase a traditional DVD with all 16 stories, or you can purchase the story rhymes individually and download them to your computer!

Internet viewers can choose from 16 animated short stories and rhymes.  Bird Mommy tells each story along with printed words displayed, to help children learn to read.  This is backed up with tempo instrumental guitar driven music from the 60’s and 70’s, which kids may never have heard before, making it a fun new experience for them!

The download concept was derived from the idea that a child may be wild about certain stories and their parents or grandparents can select only those stories to download.  This is very similar to what music download websites such as Stone Tiger Music offer, where people may find a certain song they like on a CD or album, but would prefer to download only their favorite song, rather than the entire album.

This idea was developed by LauraBob Music and Entertainment, who recently announced that the entire Bird Mommy Storybook can be downloaded to computers and iPods.  Green Web Design was able to take the idea and make it a reality.  For those who prefer to purchase a full DVD instead, you may still do so at www.BirdMommy.com.

Unlike full-feature length DVD’s, children can choose one or more stories they want to see and hear, and enjoy them even while in the back seat of a vehicle, or watching from a cell phone.

Reports are coming in from around the world, emphasizing that children are wild about the Bird Mommy DVD.  Kids who speak foreign languages, including USA latinos, are learning to speak and spell in English, while being entertained.

Every parent or grandparent should check this out and share it with the children in their lives!

Just Like Dr. Phil, I Worry About Kids’ Lives

Just like Dr. Phil, I worry about kid’s lives

By Jan Davis Guitar

Kids are being killed by cars.  Kids are being bitten by rabid dogs.  They are drowning in water-related accidents.  Many are unaware of dangers when riding their bicycles or tricycles.  Some children are not aware of the pain caused by a bumble bee sting.

I’ve been a guitarist, composer, singer and record producer for many years and have never come across, or worked on, such a delightful project for kids than the DVD entitled: “Bird Mommy’s Readalong Storybook.”  I had the privilege of providing the background music for 16 fantastic stories, that kids absolutely adore, while they learn about some of life’s hazards.

When Bird Mommy narrates her stories, children love listening to her and her vital messages.  Even parents and grandparents stop, look and listen, for they know that kids between the ages of two to eight years are paying attention and learning from this animated miracle.  Yes, children are now receiving these messages.

The Bird Mommy DVD is not only entertaining, it has many life-saving episodes along with educational material and all the while, kids are glued to the monitor or cell phone videos, then ask to see the stories again and again!

Since kids, ages two through eight, are in their formative years, what a blessing it is to know these children now have something they can own and remember, always.  It is vital that parents and grandparents view the Bird Mommy DVD.

As Dr. Phil stated in an interview with David Letterman:

“The only thing I fear is for my kid’s safety.”

All sixteen Bird Mommy story titles are listed at the following web site and each story or rhyme carries a free sample preview at birdmommy.com
